Relish in exquisite Chinese fusion at M Yus Restaurant

Then M Yus Restaurant in Kiulap is the place you want to go! Officially opening its door at the former Food Zone Kiulap last Thursday, the eatery now offers a brand new menu. 

“This is the much awaited rebranding of the restaurant since the first day we took over from the previous manager. We now would like to invite the public to dine-in and try our new Chinese fusion menu,” said Hazny Abd Sani, owner of M Yus Restaurant.

“With the official opening of the restaurant, we are introducing the scrumptious Ikan Tiga Rasa (fried or steamed fish with three sauces) which includes black pepper sauce , sweet and sour sauce, and the smokey Marinda sauce,” Chef Ah Li, who has over 25 years of culinary experience. 

Other dishes include Sotong Sumbat Tiga Rasa (stuffed squid with three sauces), Salted Egg with Nestum Prawn, Abalone Mushroom and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce, Hong Kong Style Fried Chicken, Mee Suah and M Yus Restaurant’s signature tofu.

During the opening event, one of the customers, AJ, said: “The signature tofu is quite special and it is the first time I tried the dish. I never knew tofu and mayonnaise could go well together! The stuffing is well prepared too, so I definitely would come back to order this again.”
